As a driven technology professional with a keen interest in creating sustainable buildings and communities and improving our health and wellbeing, Dean has developed a number of customer centric businesses working across a range of property, construction, manufacturing and prefab businesses including Para Mobility, co-founding Prime Build in 2008 and founding Clearstate and Heuga.
 

His passion in developing technology driven start-ups into successful organisations supported Prime Build becoming a highly successful, national construction business, now employing over 100 staff across all states in Australia. Prime Build also achieved the 4th position in the BRW Fast 100 in 2014, and has won multiple key supplier of the year awards across its customer base.

Tanya is an experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director, a recognised leader in the property sector and accomplished financial services professional. 

 

Tanya has deep executive experience in investment banking and more than 11 years as Chief Operating Officer of Dexus Property Group.  Tanya’s Board experience includes listed property, PBSA, sustainability, early stage, high growth tech and a number of IPOs. 

Tanya’s current Board roles include Chair of ASBEC, Cromwell Funds Management, Equiem Holdings and Fender Katsalidis and her past roles include Chair of World Green Building Council and Green Building Council of Australia.

Tanya is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.  She is a member of Chief Executive Women and holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) and a Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.

With over 30 years of experience, Mark Hickey is a highly accomplished corporate lawyer and strategic leader, presenting a unique cross section of experience in corporate M&A transactions, equity capital markets, life sciences and major real estate projects across Australia and internationally.

 

Mark has deep executive leadership experience, previously serving as Executive Chairman of the board at Sparke Helmore and at international law firm DWF (Australia).

 

Mark is passionate about contributing to industry best practices and supporting the development of future leaders in the corporate and legal sectors, has been consistently recognised in the Best Lawyers in Australia list (2016 – 2021), and received the  Bravery Medal, awarded by the Governor of New South Wales.

 

As a UNSW graduate lawyer, the first 8 years of Mark’s career was shaped at Allens Arthur Robinson where he learnt his trade alongside Australia’s leading practitioners, advising on the country’s largest corporate transactions.

Ryan thrives on transforming early-stage concepts into successful, steady-state businesses. With a strong foundation in both engineering and strategy, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to every venture.​

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and an MBA from INSEAD​

Peter brings extensive domestic and international experience in Finance Controls. His career spans a range of industries and disciplines, including sales, manufacturing, primary production, development, software development, financial services and project management environments.

Since his position as Finance Director at Rosemount Estates Pty Limited and then CFO at Southcorp Limited, Peter has held a number of senior roles including CFO, COO, Management Consultant, Director and Chairman of existing & start-ups and General Business Advisory.

Past memberships include Member of Australian Society of Accountants, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators, Senior Associate FINSIA and holds a Diploma in Corporate Management AGSM – Uni NSW.
